MICHAEL A. HALL
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Michael founded Ingage Security in 2013. His career spans three decades and includes local law enforcement, private sector investigations, undercover surveillance operations and federal security service. He serves as Ingage’s Director of Operations for all service sectors. He also directs training of all new hires and creates and updates Ingage Protocols and Procedures to maintain and improve operational readiness. Michael is a member of ASIS and holds credentials as both an N.R.A. Law Enforcement Firearms and Pennsylvania State Certified ACT 235 Instructor. He is frequently called upon to provide Active Shooter Response Training, Emergency Procedures evaluation and Risk Assessments. Michael is also certified as a Handcuffing, OC & Baton Instructor.
MICHELE GAMBINO
Chief Operating Officer
Michele has been part of Ingage Security since its inception. Starting first as a consultant, she became Ingage’s Office Manager in 2016. Michele’s extensive security industry background as well as event production, project management, marketing and PR have been tremendous assets from her first day at Ingage. She carries a wide range of administrative responsibilities and manages the day-to-day operations at the Ingage Office and is part of our event operations team. Michele is also a native of Philadelphia and earned her degree in Hospitality Management from The Restaurant School.
